FTX进入破产程序，被视为“币圈安然丑闻”，内附134家附属公司名单

2022年11月11日，总部位于巴哈马的破产保护，共涉FTX US、Alameda Research Ltd等134家附属公司，Sam Bankman Fried 辞去首席执行官一职，将继续协助过渡。不到一周的时间内从资债问题被爆到走向破产，这家加密交易所巨头正式成为过去式。

FTX 新任CEO由经验丰富的重组律师 John J Ray III 领导，曾办理美国安然丑闻案、领导 Overseas Shipholding 、Nortel Networks等多家公司的重组程序。

John J Ray III 表示：“在短期内，我们将面临漫长的日子和艰苦的工作，破产申请是前进道路的开始”。

根据公开资料，“第11章破产”允许企业通过一个法院监督下的程序重组其财务，其主要目标是促进企业在未来继续长久经营。第11章破产允许债务人企业继续“持有”公司业务，即该公司继续由破产申请提交前的管理层经营。

法院文件显示，Alameda Research 的无担保债权人超过 100,000 名，约有100 亿美元至 500 亿美元的估计可供分配资产；100 亿美元至 500 亿美元的估计未偿负债。

FTX剧震般的崩盘被很多人视为币圈的雷曼事件，然而美国前财政部长Lawrence Summers 认为最大的问题是“欺诈”，他对彭博社评论道：“SBF的加密帝国崩溃，很多人将其与雷曼兄弟相提并论，我会将其与安然进行比较，它有安然丑闻的蛛丝马迹，房间里所谓最聪明的人，都是骗子……这可能不是关于复杂加密监管规则的细微差别，而是典型的金融欺诈”。
